2. Business Use

Way2Orbit services are designed for business and organizational use. Employers may use the platform to manage communication systems, customer support, employee activity tracking, and operational workflows.

3. Employee Application

The Way2Orbit mobile application may be used by employees or field staff of registered organizations to perform assigned tasks such as call handling, CRM access, attendance, and field activity updates.

4. Live Location Tracking

The Way2Orbit employee application may collect live location data from employee devices when the employee is logged into the application and actively working for their organization.

This location data is used strictly for:

• Field workforce management
• Attendance verification
• Service route monitoring
• Task and job assignment tracking
• Safety and operational efficiency

Location tracking occurs only while the employee is using the application for work-related activities and may continue in the background depending on the employer's configuration.

Employees are informed about location tracking through the application and device permission prompts before location access is enabled.

5. Location Data Usage

Location data collected through the application is used solely by the employee’s organization for internal operational purposes. Way2Orbit does not sell or share this data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree to use the platform responsibly and not misuse the services. Unauthorized use, system abuse, or attempts to disrupt the platform may result in suspension or termination of access.

7. Data Security

Way2Orbit implements reasonable security measures to protect data transmitted through the platform. However, no internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

Way2Orbit shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform.
